Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your pieces. If you’d like to request a return, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to submit your return request.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back and received by us before a refund can be processed.

Sale items and earrings are final sale and are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance reasons.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.


2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping carrier such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and keeping your tracking number for reference.

Modish is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your approval status within 5 business days.

If your return meets our requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


4. Damage & Care

We stand behind our quality but cannot replace or refund items damaged by mishandling, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Avoid bending, pulling, or scratching your jewelry, and treat jump rings and delicate chains with extra care to extend the life of your pieces.


5. Shipping Liability

Once your package leaves our studio, we are not liable for lost or stolen shipments, delayed deliveries, or carrier-related damage.

If you experience shipping issues, please contact your shipping carrier directly.


6. U.S. Customers — Duties & Tariffs

U.S. orders may incur import duties or tariffs upon arrival. These fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

If duties are refused and your package is returned to us:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from your refund

If the package is abandoned and not returned, no refund will be issued.


7. Final Sale

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale items
  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
