Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Sale items and earrings are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL).

Modish is not responsible for returns lost in transit; please retain your tracking number.

3. Damage & Care

We stand behind our quality but cannot replace or refund items damaged by mishandling, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Avoid bending, pulling, or scratching your jewelry; treat jump rings and delicate chains with extra care.

4. Shipping Liability

Once your package leaves our studio, we are not liable for:

Lost or stolen shipments

Delayed deliveries

Carrier-related damage

If you experience any shipment issues, please contact your carrier directly.

5. U.S. Customers—Duties & Tariffs

U.S. orders may incur import duties or tariffs upon arrival. These fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you refuse or fail to pay duties and your package is returned:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping and any customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

If the package is abandoned and not returned, no refund will be issued.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If more than 14 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us.
